Vote NO to Retention! Block Far-Left Judges!

These are the judges who closed small businesses & restaurants during COVID, while allowing an office furniture company owned by Governor Wolf’s family to remain open. People having food was not “essential” to them, but enriching the Governor, that was essential.

All three of these judges voted to let Bill Cosby off for sexual assault. People who weren’t wealthy & politically connected received no such mercy. Victims of crimes are not a concern for these judges.

All three broke the law by taking redistricting into their own hands, when the PA State Constitution clearly gives that power to the legislature. The horrible gerrymandered map they imposed unfairly benefits their political allies.

The worst of the bunch is Kevin Dougherty, whose campaign to become a Supreme Court judge was funded by his brother’s dirty money. The brother, John J. “Johnny Doc” Dougherty, a powerful union leader, is serving six years in prison for 70 counts of embezzling. He was stealing money from the union.

When judges have such strong ties to corruption and crime, we must question whether they are faithfully interpreting the law, or advancing their own self-interest under the guise of judicial review.
